French-inspired menu for the rooftop
HAVEN boasts various dining areas for your guest experience. The north end of the venue features cabanas, where guests can sip cocktails while enjoying the bright lights of Times Square. Traveling to the opposite end of the venue, the space includes a main bar for drinking or dining, custom cedar high-top tables and lounge areas which are ideal for cocktails and light bites. In the center of it all, features our main dining area where guests can enjoy a french inspired menu, while experiencing scenice views along the perimiter.
The restaurant features an innovative cocktail menu using fresh juices & garnishes to quench your thirst. Chef Madison Belem (formerly of Le Bilboquet) has created a French-inspired menu for the rooftop which includes signature dishes such as the Tuna Tower(sesame dressed tuna tartare with wontons), Crab and Avocado Palette (lemon dressed lump crab salad, topped with a fresh guacamole and served with a tomato coulis and herb oil), and his signature Poulet Cajun (cajun spiced and roasted chicken breast, served with a beurre blanc sauce, french fries and a balsamic vinaigrette dressed mesculin salad garnished with diced tomatoes).
Haven at the Sanctuary is perfect for after work cocktails, pre and post theatre dinners, a romantic date or a nightcap with friends. It also offers rotating DJs throughout the week, suspended above the party in a private booth overlooking the venue, adding a hip vibe and energy for patrons. Striking a balance between after-hours sophistication and the classic style of New York with European influence, Haven is nothing less than a hot hideaway above the city.
