Tender Restaurant & Lounge offers a modern American menu featuring a beautiful selection of premium cuts. From mouthwatering Filet Mignon, to a perfectly prepared Dry Aged NY Strip and beyond. There are also signature house specials, including Organic Roasted Chicken, Atlantic salmon and Asparagus Risotto with Baby Scallops. Starters include Wild Ginger Edamame, Black Cod Butter Lettuce and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice.
For those who enjoy Japanese fare, Tender features a 10 piece Omakase and six non-traditional sushi rolls from Sushi Chef Edwin Purnomo who previously worked at Sushi of Gari for five years. Award-winning mixologist Isaac Grillo from Haven South Beach, who was also responsible for creating the cocktail programs for The W Miami Beach and Barton G has come to New York City to conceptualize and create Tender’s signature cocktail menu, which will pair perfectly with the restaurant’s dinner offerings.
