Our "Havenly" Food

Chef Madison Belem has created a French-inspired menu such as the Tuna Tower (sesame dressed tuna tartare with wontons), Salad Nicoise (seared tuna, served with anchovies, boiled eggs & potatoes on a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes, anchovies and olives),Crab and Avocado Palette (lemon dressed lump crab salad, topped with a fresh guacamole and served with a tomato coulis and herb oil), and his signature Poulet Cajun (cajun spiced and roasted chicken breast, served with a beurre blanc sauce, french fries and a balsamic vinaigrette dressed mesculin salad garnished with diced tomatoes).
